Call for Proposals: Transportation & Mobility Services Framework Agreement
Background
The Youth Network for Sustainable Development (YNSD) is a non-governmental umbrella network for over 1,000 youth organizations in Ethiopia. Established in 2003, YNSD works on youth and women empowerment, SRH, ICT, and environmental sustainability.
YNSD is currently seeking qualified transportation service providers to establish a 12-month framework agreement to support its operational and programmatic activities.
1. Objective
To secure a reliable service provider for a 12-month period to ensure safe, efficient, and timely mobility for YNSD staff, partners, and official visitors.
2. Scope of Services
The selected provider will deliver:

Staff Transportation: Daily and operational commuting.

Air Ticket Handling: Travel logistics support.

Airport Transfers: Reliable pick-up and drop-off services.

Field Visits: Transport for project implementation in various terrains.
-
VIP & Guest Services: High-standard transport for senior management and guests.

On-Demand Support: Emergency and short-notice transportation.
3. Vehicle & Maintenance Requirements
Bidders must provide access to a well-maintained fleet in the following categories:

Executive Sedans: For senior management and official guests.

Utility & Off-Road (4×4): For field operations and rough terrains.

Minivans/Buses/Coasters: For group transport, workshops, and events.
Service Guarantees:

Breakdown Replacement: Within 2 hours in Addis Ababa; within 24 hours outside the city.

Safety: Vehicles must include functional seatbelts, airbags, fire extinguishers, and first-aid kits.
4. Eligibility Criteria
Interested bidders must meet the following:

Legal Status: Legally registered entity with a valid business license.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in transportation services.

Capacity: Demonstrated fleet capacity and qualified personnel.

References: Provide references from 2–3 reputable organizations.
5. Proposal Submission Requirements
