About the Job
Lidiya Properties is a dynamic company specializing in residential and mixed-use developments tailored to the modern Addis Ababa consumer. We prioritize prime locations with high potential for travel convenience and proximity to essential services like schools, hospitals, and transportation hubs.
We are seeking a proactive Sales Supervisor to lead our sales force, drive performance through strategic monitoring, and ensure our sales targets align with the company’s expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Management

Sales Force Coordination: Organize and manage the daily activities of the sales team to ensure maximum productivity.

Performance Monitoring: Evaluate individual and team performance against the company sales plan and provide continuous training to close skill gaps.

Problem Solving: Act as a proactive leader to resolve challenges within the sales cycle and maintain a cooperative team environment.
2. Strategy & Analysis

Risk Management: Engage in day-to-day sales activities to identify potential risks and report findings to the Division Head.

Market Techniques: Apply a wide range of marketing concepts to position Lidiya Properties as a leader in the local market.
3. Reporting & Documentation

Systems Management: Maintain an effective documentation system for all leads and conversions.

Regular Updates: Deliver comprehensive weekly and monthly sales reports to the Marketing and Sales Division Head.
About You
1. Qualifications & Experience

Education: BA Degree or higher in Marketing Management or a similar relevant field.

Tenure: Minimum of 4 years of professional experience.

Leadership Track Record: At least 1 year of essential supervisory experience.

Sector Expertise: Proven experience within the Real Estate or Insurance sectors is mandatory.
2. Technical & Behavioral Skills

Sales Leadership: Strong motivation and team management skills with a proven track record in closing high-value deals.

Analytics: Proficiency in sales analytics and performance reporting to drive data-backed decisions.

Professionalism: Exhibits a clean and professional appearance, adhering to corporate dress code standards.
