Purpose of the Role
Medrafa develops intelligent, AI-powered healthcare software systems designed to reduce costs and optimize patient care across hospitals and clinics. As a Regional Sales Representative, you will act as an entrepreneurial market driver, identifying local business opportunities and matching healthcare entities with Medrafa’s innovative digital ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Mapping: Actively target and meet with regional pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and related healthcare organizations.

Product Presentation: Present and demonstrate Medrafa’s digital healthcare solutions to key decision-makers, showcasing operational cost reductions and care quality improvements.

Sales Pipeline Management: Build long-term client relationships, submit qualified leads into the tracking system, and close regional sales deals.

Targets & Market Intelligence: Meet established sales metrics while feeding customer feedback and regional market dynamics back to the core product team.

About You
Required Qualifications & Experience

Professional Network: Strong networking, presentation, and relationship-building skills with high familiarity within Addis Ababa.

Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently, manage a field schedule, and display solid field problem-solving skills.

Experience Profiles: Prior professional sales experience is highly preferred. Practical background or knowledge within the healthcare and medical industry is considered a significant asset.
