About the Job

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving growth through proactive lead generation and relationship management. This role involves the full sales lifecycle, from identifying potential clients to closing deals through persuasive presentations and expert negotiation. You will work within a large, dynamic team to meet ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential customers using various sales techniques and lead-generation strategies.

  • Client Relations: Build and sustain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

  • Solution Selling: Deeply understand customer needs and effectively match them with the right property or service solutions.

  • Presentations: Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals and high-impact presentations to prospective buyers.

  • Support & Inquiry: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing detailed product information and resolving concerns.

  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the sales manager and team members to refine sales tactics and market approaches.

  • CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on local real estate trends, market conditions, and competitor movements.


About You

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

  • Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience. Proven experience in real estate sales is highly preferred.
