Sales Representative (Outdoor Sales)


About the Job

  • Understand customer needs and requirements

  • Pitch and sell products or services by establishing contact with potential clients and building positive relationships

  • Deliver product demonstrations to customers

  • Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting sales targets

  • Maintain customer relationships by providing support, gathering feedback, and conveying customer requirements to the product development teams

  • Prepare and submit sales reports to management

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market trends

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their concerns

  • Coordinate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction

  • Driver Registration: Find and sign up new drivers for the ride-hailing platform.

  • App Training: Teach drivers how to use the driver app, accept trips, and maximize their earnings.

  • Target Achievement: Hit daily or weekly goals for the number of active drivers registered.

  • Field Promotion: Visit high-traffic zones (like malls, airports, and taxi ranks) to promote the service.


About You

  • Education: BA Degree in Marketing, Salesmanship and related fields

  • Experience: 1-2 Years

  • Availability: Only applicants who can start immediately

Additional Skill

  • Worked as a contract or commission-based Sales Representative in the ride-hailing industry

  • Conducted driver recruitment and onboarding activities

Requirement Skill

  • Customer communication and understanding capabilities

  • Good customer service, communications
