Understand customer needs and requirements

Pitch and sell products or services by establishing contact with potential clients and building positive relationships

Deliver product demonstrations to customers

Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting sales targets

Maintain customer relationships by providing support, gathering feedback, and conveying customer requirements to the product development teams

Prepare and submit sales reports to management

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market trends

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their concerns

Coordinate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction

Driver Registration: Find and sign up new drivers for the ride-hailing platform.

App Training: Teach drivers how to use the driver app, accept trips, and maximize their earnings.

Target Achievement: Hit daily or weekly goals for the number of active drivers registered.

Field Promotion: Visit high-traffic zones (like malls, airports, and taxi ranks) to promote the service.
About You
-
Education: BA Degree in Marketing, Salesmanship and related fields
-
Experience: 1-2 Years
-
Availability: Only applicants who can start immediately
Additional Skill

Worked as a contract or commission-based Sales Representative in the ride-hailing industry

Conducted driver recruitment and onboarding activities
