About the Job
The Sales Supervisor at Ramid Trading PLC will oversee the sales team and drive the execution of sales strategies to meet company targets. This position requires a proactive individual who involves fostering strong relationships within the team and with clients, while also ensuring effective planning and coordination of sales activities in an office setting in Addis Ababa.
Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, motivate, and assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales staff.

Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and coordinate with marketing to align promotional activities.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, and prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to enhance customer satisfaction.

Operations & Training: Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress, ensure the team is trained on product knowledge/techniques, and collaborate with other departments for seamless service delivery.
Required Skills

Computer skill and knowledge (including CRM software and Microsoft Office).
