Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Oversee all accounting cycles, including AP/AR and general ledger maintenance.

• Strategic Planning: Lead budgeting and forecasting processes; monitor performance against these targets.

• Compliance & Audit: Conduct regular internal audits and facilitate annual external audits to ensure adherence to internal controls.

• Policy Development: Implement and refine accounting policies to improve the efficiency of financial reporting.

• Taxation: Manage tax return preparations and ensure 100% compliance with local tax laws.

• Leadership: Provide mentorship and technical training to the junior accounting team.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5–8 years in accounting and finance, with at least 1 year of managerial experience.

• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, ERP systems, and financial modeling.

• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex financial data to support senior management’s strategic decisions.

• Software: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard accounting software.

• Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, ability to manage multiple high-priority requests simultaneously, and clear communication skills.
