About the Job

VIV Beverages Manufacturing S.C. is a leading company in the alcoholic beverages sector producing high-quality potable alcohol, a variety of alcoholic liquors, and beer products. The company is seeking senior financial professionals capable of taking full ownership of general accounting, input costing, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Recording & Tax Declaration: Record daily sales transactions in Peachtree accounting software. Reconcile transactions directly with warehouse records and handle formal sales declarations to the Ministry of Revenues (MOR).

• Banking & Reconciliations: Reconcile bank deposits, general account balances, and monthly bank statements.

• Cost Accounting: Prepare input costing structures to be used for accurate inventory tracking and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) reporting.

• Pricing & Margin Tracking: Monitor and follow up on any pricing adjustments regarding the company’s product lines. Take full ownership of reporting on cost productivity margins and operational expenditures.

• Financial Analysis: Combine analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to review financial reports, assess variances, and build accurate forecasts.

About You

Educational Qualification:

• BSc / BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field of study.

Work Experience:

• 5 to 8 years of progressive, verifiable accounting experience.

Technical Skills & Competencies:

• Accounting Standards: In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

• Ledger Mastery: Advanced hands-on experience with general ledger functions and the complete month-end/year-end closing lifecycle.

• Software Literacy: Strong proficiency in Peachtree accounting software packages and advanced MS Excel skills.

• Analytical Mindset: Thorough knowledge of baseline accounting procedures paired with the ability to analyze complex financial reporting pipelines.
