Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain compliance with financial regulations, and support management in financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

  • Manage general ledger activities and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.

  • Conduct bank, cash, and balance sheet reconciliations.

  • Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll transactions.

  • Prepare tax declarations and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

  • Coordinate internal and external audits.

  • Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures.

  • Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management.

  • Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.

  • Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes.


About You

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 – 7 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a senior accounting role.

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.

  • Experience with ERP and accounting software.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

  • Able to Properly Use Peachtree (Record, Post, close …Accounts)

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
