Role Overview

THG Packaging and Printing is seeking a qualified and highly competent Senior ICT Expert / Specialist to manage and scale its corporate technology landscape. This senior role centers heavily on software application management and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) automation systems. The ideal candidate will bridge technical development with industrial workflows, ensuring seamless communication, data integrity, and system efficiency at the corporate head office.

Key Responsibilities

• ERP & Automation Management: Oversee, configure, and optimize the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and industrial software automation pipelines.

• Systems Administration: Manage the corporate ICT infrastructure, resolving complex software, database, and system integration challenges promptly.

• Technical Troubleshooting: Apply advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose hardware, network, or application-level friction points.

• Process Documentation: Maintain precise attention to detail in tracking system architectures, configuration logs, security policies, and technical updates.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary technical point of contact, communicating effectively with internal management, technical staff, and external service vendors.

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree (First Degree) in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a directly related computational field from a recognized university.

Professional Experience

• Minimum of 6 years of related work experience strictly focused on software applications, system administration, and automation/ERP architectures.

Core Competencies & Skills

• Problem Solving: Exceptional diagnosis capabilities to trace critical software bugs and optimize system runtimes.

• Attention to Detail: Precision in data tracking, data entry validation, and infrastructure maintenance.

• Communication: Clear verbal and written proficiency to detail IT updates and workflows to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
