🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure: Design, install, and maintain LAN/WAN systems and network equipment (routers, switches, load balancers).

• Performance: Monitor network traffic and bandwidth to ensure maximum uptime and efficient capacity planning.

• Security: Implement firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls; perform regular vulnerability audits.

• Operations: Manage daily data backups for all sites and oversee network administration strategies.

• Leadership: Provide technical mentorship to junior IT staff and network administrators.

🎓 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 4 years of core network administration experience.

• Certifications:

  • Cisco (CCNA/CCNP) or equivalent.

  • Network Security (Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto PCNSA/PCNSE) or equivalent.

• Technical: Strong experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
