Job summary
The System Administrator is responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and reliable operation of the company’s on-premises and cloud-based IT systems. This role ensures high availability of servers, ERP systems, Microsoft 365 services, Azure resources, identity platforms, and data protection systems that supports all company functions.
Roles and Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers
Manage virtualization platforms
Monitor server performance, uptime, and resource utilization
Perform system patching, updates, and upgrades
Implement server hardening and baseline security configurations
Administer Microsoft 365 services
Manage user licensing and cloud resource allocation
Support Azure virtual machines and cloud-hosted workloads
Configure Azure networking basics in coordination with Network team
Monitor cloud service health, performance, and usage
Support hybrid environments integrating on-premise AD with Azure AD
Administer Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
Manage user accounts, roles, and access permissions
Implement and maintain:
Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Single Sign-On (SSO)
Enforce password and identity security policies
Handle user onboarding, role changes, and offboarding
Conduct periodic access reviews and remove unauthorized access
Ensure availability and performance of business-critical applications, cloud systems and collaboration platforms.
Configure and manage server and Microsoft 365 backups
Monitor backup jobs and perform restore tests
Support disaster recovery planning and system restoration procedures
Ensure protection of critical business and production data
Manage storage Systems and shared drives
Implement and maintain file permissions and quotas
Monitor storage utilization and plan for expansion
Apply security patches and updates to servers and cloud systems
Implement endpoint and server security controls
Support security monitoring and incident investigations
Ensure systems comply with internal IT security standards
Troubleshoot performance issues affecting servers and applications, maintain logs and system reports, Maintain updated documentation.
Support IT helpdesk in resolving complex user problems and train users on secure use of Microsoft 365 and authentication tools
Perform other duties assigned to him /her by immediate supervisor.
About You
Qualifications
BSC/MSC in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information systems or related field
4+ years of experience in system and cloud administration in the beverage industry

Professional Certifications (Preferred)
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate

VMware VCP or equivalent
