Reportage Properties, headquartered in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is expanding into Ethiopia. We seek highly motivated, ambitious, and results-driven professionals to join our growing sales team and market premium residential and commercial developments.

Position Summary

The Senior Real Estate Sales Representative will drive property sales, build lasting client relationships, identify new business opportunities, provide investment advice, negotiate agreements, and consistently achieve sales and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into customers.

• Present residential and commercial properties.

• Conduct site visits and investment consultations.

• Negotiate contracts and close sales.

• Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.

• Deliver excellent after-sales service.

• Gross Salary: ETB 45,000

• Commission: 4% Gross Sales Commission based on sales target

About You

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Economics, Engineering, Real Estate or a related field. Other degrees with outstanding sales experience are welcome.

• Experience: Minimum two years of proven sales experience in real estate or a related industry.

• Track Record: Demonstrated record of meeting sales targets and closing transactions.

• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Market Knowledge: Knowledge of the Addis Ababa real estate market is an advantage.
