Quick Summary

Holland Dairy is seeking a hands-on Senior Social Media Officer to own the brand’s daily presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Telegram. You will be the “voice” of the brand—ensuring content is published on time, engaging with the community in a warm, authentically Ethiopian tone, and managing paid advertising budgets to maximize reach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Channel Management: Execute the content calendar by scheduling and publishing all posts. You are the final quality check before content goes live.

• Community Engagement: Manage all DMs, comments, and mentions. Maintain a “playful and warm” tone rather than a corporate one.

• Growth Strategy: Optimize hashtags and SEO for the Ethiopian landscape; manage paid boosting/advertising budgets on Meta and TikTok.

• Influencer Relations: Coordinate with brand ambassadors and identify new influencers for product seeding and collaborations.

• Performance Tracking: Produce concise monthly reports on follower growth, engagement rates, and ROI on paid spend.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience managing social media for a business/brand.

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and TikTok Analytics. Experience with paid social campaigns is mandatory.

• Creative Portfolio: Must provide examples of previously managed accounts with measurable results.

• Preferred Background: Experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or food brands is a major plus.

• Content Skills: Basic video editing and photography skills are highly desired for real-time content creation.
