Job Description
to ensure the stability, security, and scalability of the organization’s IT infrastructure by managing on-premise and cloud-based systems, supporting business-critical applications, and ensuring high system availability.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain Linux and Windows servers (on-premise and cloud).
Manage cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure and AWS platforms.
Configure, monitor, and maintain system performance, availability, and security.
Deploy, manage, and support IPPBX systems and related services.
Implement backup, disaster recovery, and patch management strategies.
Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis.
Collaborate with network and security teams to ensure end-to-end system reliability.
Prepare technical documentation and system reports.
Required Technical Skills & Tools
Linux and Windows Server administration
Microsoft Azure & AWS cloud services
Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware, or equivalent)
IPPBX systems (Asterisk, FreePBX, or similar)
Backup and monitoring tools
Scripting (PowerShell, Bash – advantage)

Job Requirements
Minimum Education Qualification
B.Sc. in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
Required Experience
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in:
Linux and Windows system administration
Cloud administration (Azure and/or AWS)
Certifications (if any)
Microsoft Azure Certification (required)
AWS Certification (required)
IPPBX-related certification (preferred)
