Purpose of the Role

The Software Implementer serves as the functional bridge between the core technical team and the client’s end users. This role focuses on leading the deployment, system configuration, onboarding, user training, and formal go-live phases for a diverse suite of software solutions, ensuring smooth customer adoption and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deployment & Setup: Handle the physical and digital installation, setup, and configuration of core software applications matching specific customer operational workflows.

  • Onsite User Training: Deliver clear, hands-on instructional presentation sessions and training modules to client staff to prepare them for daily live operations.

  • Go-Live Support: Provide active, on-site assistance during critical launch transitions to resolve implementation bottlenecks, troubleshoot errors, and answer user questions.

  • Feedback Collection: Gather user feedback, feature friction points, and operational insights to relay back to the internal After-Sales Support and Development teams.


About You

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related academic discipline.

  • Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in system implementation, technical customer support, client onboarding, or software deployment environments.

  • Travel Flexibility: Must be willing and ready to travel frequently to various customer locations to provide hands-on training and deployment assistance.

Technical & Interpersonal Skills

  • Core Competency: A good foundational understanding of enterprise ecosystems, including ERP, POS, CRM, Accounting, or Inventory Management systems.

  • Technical Assets: A basic understanding of databases, API structures, local networking, and general software troubleshooting is a distinct advantage.

  • Communication: Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and training skills. Must be fully fluent in both written and verbal English and Amharic.
