Position: Tender Officer / Bid Officer

Department: Business Development Department

Key Responsibilities

  • Tender Management: Identify, track, and manage tender opportunities relevant to the company’s design and operational business scope.

  • Bid Preparation & Coordination: Coordinate and compile technical and financial inputs from the design, finance, and project teams. Prepare comprehensive bid documents, proposals, and presentations that align with all client requirements and deadlines.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct strategic market research to track industry competitors, identify upcoming projects, and monitor pricing trends.

  • Client & Stakeholder Relations: Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and relevant stakeholders to clarify specific tender parameters and strengthen ongoing business partnerships.

  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all submitted bids comply fully with legal, regulatory, and corporate standards. Maintain accurate databases of all past submissions, results, and feedback.

About You

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of professional experience in tendering, bidding, or business development (prior experience within the design, construction, or engineering sectors is preferred).

  • Systems Knowledge: Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and standard tender management software. A basic understanding of international tendering practices is desirable.
