Job Summary
Tabor Ceramics Products Share Company is seeking an experienced and strategic Transport and Deployment Department Head. This leadership role is responsible for the seamless coordination of our corporate fleet and logistics operations. You will oversee the deployment of vehicles to ensure the efficient movement of products, materials, and personnel, directly impacting the company’s operational productivity and supply chain reliability.
Key Responsibilities

Fleet Management: Oversee the daily operations of the company’s transport fleet, ensuring all vehicles are maintained, insured, and utilized efficiently.

Strategic Deployment: Plan and coordinate the deployment of transport resources to meet the demands of various departments and delivery schedules.

Logistics Oversight: Manage the movement of ceramic products from production centers to distribution points, optimizing routes to reduce costs and delivery times.

Safety & Compliance: Ensure all drivers and transport staff adhere to national traffic laws, safety protocols, and internal company policies.

Reporting & Analysis: Monitor fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and vehicle uptime to provide regular efficiency reports to senior management.

Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the transport team, including drivers and dispatchers, to foster a culture of punctuality and accountability.
About You
1. Educational Background
-
Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Management or a related field from a recognized institution.
2. Professional Experience

Tenure: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience specifically in managing and coordinating transport-related activities.

Expertise: Proven track record in logistics, fleet maintenance scheduling, or large-scale deployment operations.
