We focus on business models in the Digital Era and need a team of developers for our operation and that of our partners.
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying frontend and backend software for web and mobile applications translating software requirements into working and maintainable solutions within given application frameworks. This is for our local needs and that of our partner abroad.
Responsibilities:
– Undertake and coordinate the full lifecycle of application, including design, coding, testing, implementation, deployment as well as support and maintenance.
– Developing and adhering to best practices for developing applications – Continuously contribute to team performance improvement and collaboration.
– Ensuring optimization across all platforms including mobile friendly UI/UX.
– Collaborate with and coordinate other developers in cross firm projects to implement solutions effectively.
– Effectively analyze a problem/task to give accurate timelines for milestones and full implementation completion.
About You

At least Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or related Fields
3+ years working with MERN Stack and Flutter Applications
3+ years of experience with modern frontend and backend frameworks
Experience with database technologies such as MySQL and MongoDB
Building and maintaining RESTful APIs
Experience Integrating third-party services
-Experience Optimizing application performance and scalability
Experience Collaborating with designers, product managers, and other team members

Starting Salary and Commission: 27,000- 45,000 Birr per Month based on experience and skill
