ORGANIZATIONAL OVERVIEW
The National Election Board of Ethiopia (NEBE), re-established by proclamation No. 1133/2011, is the constitutionally mandated body to conduct elections, organize referendum and regulate political parties in Ethiopia. NEBE is working to boost its’ institutional strength with a special focus on enhancement of human resource capacity. Accordingly, NEBE would like to invite applicants for Data Encoder position who meet the following requirements.
Required number: Twenty Six
Reports to: Head, Election Logistics
Duty station: NEBE Headquarter, Addis Ababa
Duration: Five Months Contract with the possibility of Extension
Salary: As per the organization’s salary scale (Competitive)
Key Activities
Generate and encode Waybill 1 or Waybill 2 in the logistics system.
Enter, validate, and update shipment and documentation data.
Prepare stickers, print documents, and ensure data accuracy.
Support warehouse and HQ teams with timely data processing.
About You
Education and Work Experience:
Masters or BA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting or related administrative fields
0 years for Masters or 3 years for BA
years of experience in data entry or administrative work.
