Niyat Consultancy PLC is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and increase engagement.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage and optimize online marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing).
Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Oversee content creation and manage the company’s online presence, including website and social media platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and optimize customer experience.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

Additional Information:

 

Location: Must be based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
Work Hours: Full-time, with flexibility as needed.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
