Pitron Tech Solutions is seeking a motivated ERP Functional Consultant with experience in Odoo ERP or similar ERP platforms to join our growing implementation team.
In this role, you will work directly with clients to analyze business operations, gather functional requirements, and implement ERP solutions end-to-end. The Functional Consultant will play a key role in translating business needs into practical ERP configurations across core modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and customized modules.
This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy solving real business problems, optimizing workflows, and delivering ERP systems that improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Understand customer requirements by conducting As-Is analysis, performing gap analysis, and preparing finalized functional requirements documentation.
Identify customer pain points and propose ERP solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Provide functional guidance and user training during ERP implementation and post-deployment phases.
Configure and implement ERP modules based on business requirements, including Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, and HR.
Lead end-to-end ERP implementation activities, including system configuration, workflow setup, and business process alignment.
Prepare and generate custom reports and dashboards based on client business requirements.
Work collaboratively with technical teams, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful ERP delivery.
Communicate project progress, milestones, risks, and issues clearly and proactively with clients and internal teams.
About You
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant or in a similar ERP implementation role.
Experience working with Odoo ERP or other ERP platforms, particularly in modules such as Accounting, Manufacturing, Sales, Purchase, and Inventory.
Experience supporting ERP implementations and functional system configurations.
Ability to translate business requirements into ERP configurations.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent spoken English.
Preferred Skills
Understanding of ERP implementation methodologies.
Experience performing business process analysis and documentation.
Ability to configure ERP systems without requiring custom development.
Experience working with international clients.
Familiarity with custom report generation and functional system setup.
