You’re usually expected to have:
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software
Operating systems (Windows, Linux, sometimes macOS)
Network setup and troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, routers, switches)
Basic cybersecurity awareness (antivirus, firewalls)
System installation, configuration, and maintenance
Troubleshooting skills for:Printers
Internet connectivity
Applications and systems
