About the Job

ROMEL is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator/Officer to drive the operational execution of our marketing activities. Serving as the essential link between strategy and implementation, you will be responsible for trade activity, POSM management, and supporting diverse campaigns across B2C, B2B, and high-profile events.


Key Responsibilities & Duties

1. Campaign & Project Coordination

  • Execution: Support marketing campaigns by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and resources between internal teams and external suppliers.

  • Trade Marketing: Manage logistics for in-showroom promotions, including POSM (Point of Sale Materials) deployment, installations, and display setups.

  • Data Management: Monitor customer information and track promotional activity data for accuracy.

2. Administrative & Operational Support

  • Procurement: Handle purchase orders, track invoices, and manage payments for marketing vendors.

  • Reporting: Compile data and assist in preparing weekly and monthly performance reports for management.

  • Liaison: Act as the primary marketing contact for internal requests from the factory, sales teams, and showrooms.

3. Event & Research Logistics

  • Event Support: Provide end-to-end operational support (venue booking, material preparation, and on-day coordination).

  • Market Research: Coordinate interviews, distribute surveys, and compile raw data from field teams.

  • Budgeting: Manage the department’s budget tracker to ensure expenditures align with approved budgets.


About You

1. Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3–4 years of experience in a marketing, trade marketing, or marketing assistant role.

2. Technical & Soft Skills

  • Technical Proficiency: Essential mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Performance Marketing: A strong understanding of performance marketing and analytics.

  • Attributes: Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a “can-do” attitude in fast-paced environments.
