Job Overview
We are looking for an innovative and goal-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the growth of our website builder, Nehabi. The ideal candidate will have experience in SaaS (Software as a Service) sales, digital marketing, and customer acquisition strategies. This role focuses on increasing Nehabi’s market presence and driving subscription growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Management
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for the Nehabi website builder.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including partnerships, resellers, and direct B2B/B2C clients.
Provide live product demonstrations, address customer pain points, and communicate the unique benefits of Nehabi.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-up and deal closure.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Marketing Leadership
Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote Nehabi across digital and traditional channels, including social media, SEO, and PPC advertising.
Create compelling marketing content such as blogs, case studies, video tutorials, and customer success stories to drive engagement and conversions.
Oversee the development of targeted campaigns for specific customer segments, such as small businesses, freelancers, and entrepreneurs.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns, adjusting tactics to optimize performance.
Customer Engagement
Develop and nurture relationships with potential and existing customers, ensuring exceptional customer experience.
Gather customer feedback to guide product improvements and inform marketing messaging.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and webinars to promote Nehabi and generate leads.
Team Collaboration
Collaborate with the product and development teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and product features.
Train and mentor the sales and marketing team to achieve individual and team objectives.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.

About You
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in SaaS or website builder solutions.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of website builder solutions and digital marketing strategies.
Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, email automation platforms) and CRM software.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Analytical and creative thinking to develop innovative campaigns and solve customer challenges.
Preferred Attributes
Familiarity with website builder platforms such as Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress.
Experience in selling to small businesses, freelancers, and e-commerce businesses.
