We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Supervisor and Key Account Specialist to join our company. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of sales representatives to drive revenue growth and maximize sales opportunities. The sales supervisor primary focus will be on acquiring new customers, retaining old customer, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets. This is a fast-paced and challenging role that requires better leadership, sales expertise, and the ability to thrive in a highly competitive market.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize their performance and achieve sales targets.
Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions with the sales team to ensure product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills are effectively developed and utilized.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, corporate accounts, and strategic alliances to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as corporate clients, hotels, travel agencies, and other potential business partners to drive sales and generate referrals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend adjustments to the sales strategies and identify potential areas for improvement.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide accurate sales forecasts to the management team, highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with the marketing department to develop promotional campaigns, sales materials, and pricing strategies that effectively communicate the value proposition and increase customer conversion rates.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities, while upholding a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ride-hailing services to continuously enhance sales effectiveness and maintain a competitive edge.
About You
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications like digital Marketing is a plus.
5+ years of experience in sales in supervisory role, or similar role in the FMCG companies, or related industry is highly appreciated.
In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and negotiation strategies.
Very good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish productive relationships with clients and partners.
Proficiency in using, Application, CRM software and other sales tools to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and generate reports.
